We developed a video series hosted by then-CMO Leslie Berland, spotlighting real small business owners across the country. Through their voices, we highlighted the tangible benefits of accepting Amex—bringing authenticity, warmth, and credibility to the brand’s longstanding merchant relationships.

Product Launch

Launching a complex financial product demanded clarity without sacrificing engagement. We crafted a narrative that balanced essential details with human moments small business owners could relate to. Using dynamic infographics and an upbeat tone, the video delivered an informative yet energetic story—making the product feel accessible, useful, and aligned with real business needs.
